Salvador Torres has over 30 years of experience in the management and leadership of Human Resources, Organization, Technology, Operations, Real Estate, and Services in large companies. He has worked in sectors such as Finance, Construction, Energy, and Consulting.
Starting his professional career at Arthur Andersen Consulting, he later began his executive career at Grupo Santander, holding various leadership positions, including Director of Human Resources for Technology and Operations, CEO of Santander Global Facilities, General Manager of Real Estate and Services, and Corporate Director for Europe and Asia in the Technology and Operations Division. Previously, he worked at Iberdrola as General Director of Organization and Human Resources and at the subsidiary Iberinco as Human Resources Director. In Grupo Unión-Fenosa, he held the position of Human Resources and Organization Director for the Technology Area.
Before founding ETC Executive Search, he was an Equity Partner and Head of the Spanish Office at the French consulting firm EXEC Avenue.
Salvador holds the General Management Program (PDG) from IESE Business School and is certified in Good Corporate Governance by the Institute of Directors and Administrators (IC-A).
